Voltas, a Tata Enterprise, has recognized Nikesh as its “Spotlight of the Month” for demonstrating exceptional professionalism and compassion while assisting the family of Late Mr. Ganga Prasad Limbu.

The company stated that Nikesh played a key role in managing a sensitive situation by coordinating closely with the Nepal Embassy, local authorities, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure the smooth completion of official formalities and settlement procedures.

According to Voltas, Nikesh personally met the bereaved family and provided end-to-end support throughout the process. His assistance included coordination with authorities for final settlement, facilitation of bank account opening for insurance processing, and guidance on completing the insurance claim process in Nepal.
